J-Tech will carry out a site survey or Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) to highlight areas for concern and recommend the best mix of fire protection for your needs, no matter how large or small your premises may be.

We’re used to working in listed buildings, large multi-storey office blocks and everything in between and will select, place and commission the most appropriate detectors to work around the requirements of the building or landlord to ensure false alarms are minimised.


Each fire prevention system is designed using the most advanced equipment available, working with a wide range of well-known and respected manufacturers working within a pre-agreed scope of works including budget, functionality required, any legal aspects, system design parameters, connectivity and interfacing with other systems etc.


As a business owner and employer, you have responsibilities and obligations around fire alarm maintenance. We will be happy to guide you through your daily, weekly and quarterly obligations, and carry out regular routine inspections and maintenance in the months they fall due so you are always compliant with the latest legislation.


And we’re also there for you in an emergency. Our engineers are on call 24/7 and our fleet of vehicles are never more than 3 years old so whatever the time, whatever the weather, we’ll be there for you.
