For Landlords we offer a complete management service providing all statutory testing, small works as well as new installs and system upgrades.
As of 1st June 2020 it is a legal requirement, businesses do have a duty of care for staff and visitors so it is recommended that commercial enterprises hold a valid EICR and PAT tests all portable electrical appliances as part of compliance with the 1974 Health & Safety at Work Act and the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989.
